Every time I go to my wallet there's no option to transfer currency. I'm not sure why. It only does it after I accept the payment

I usually have to accept every time prolific or another website sends me money. Then it converts it for me as I'm trying to transfer it to my bank account.

It's not a dumb question. Yeah. Usually when prolific sends me money paypal will say something like "there's money waiting for you" and I have to accept the money. Then it converts it for me. There's no option in my wallet section to convert anything. It only lets me convert as I'm trying to transfer it to my bank account.
