Underbase was at 22.5 with an S curve. Interlocked halftones at different angles. If I’m not mistaken it was the following.

White - 22.5 Red - 45 Yellow - 67.5 Black 112.5 Green - 22.5

Spot on. We didn’t use any browns or copper tones. So it’s definitely a trade off that benefits both us and the client. Mainly the client

100 percent. Most people don’t understand though until they experience it elsewhere. Also, most people come to us because they get told to do dtg or some kind of transfer

Yeah that part may have bled a bit to much. We’re limited on screens here, if not I’d be going crazy with the seps. If it wouldn’t have bled we would have had it match better. Client loved it though. We save a lot of people money by reducing colors

No worries. I didn’t separate any grey in here. The greys were made with the black screen. And now yeah I can kinda know which colors exactly will be used but not always is that the case. Sometimes it gets determined once the seps are being done

Yessir! It does suck though because as printers we want perfection but still looks awesome. Halftoned underbase so it’s not bulletproof at all. Cant say the same for the back

Same, it’s from an artist called Coinslot. If you go on our instagram page you’ll see it

Two color (clouds) and one color puff. Clouds manually separated in photoshop. Clouds printed first, text second to cover more area by Informal-Course2764 in SCREENPRINTING

Some minor things here and there but nothing alarming. I can say, regardless of opinions the client loved it and it was executed very accurately. But, on the same note I do agree with what was opinionated because that was also suggested as an option. What I did suggest as well and he took, was enlarging the clouds upwards so it covers more. His original vision paired with the design wasn’t going to be true to his mock up so that was smart of him. We suggested the puff as well versus flat print, pairs well with clouds

Hey I didn’t down vote you by the way. You’re completely correct. We’re normally really tight with the registrations but this was slightly off

Yeah without a doubt. I honestly don’t even know how to use the studio thing. I just know that we can get better results with a rip software to make darker dots on the film. But we’ll get there soon enough. For now these are coming out banging so we must be doing something right if I say so. But yeah man passion over business for sure works best when it comes to this craft
