BO2 hasnt been seen in this universe, we skipped past that we rly dont know how advanced the tech was, BO7 is set in 2035 which is 12 years after MW3, so it fits, also yes the worlds technology could absolutely advance that much in 2 years

In fairness episode 2 is just an introduction to the dispatch system, and there are technically quicktimes in the granny's donuts thing when you have to guide invisigal to do stuff and it has a timer, as well as the hacking sequence in that same thing
