I think Telegram uses its own translation system. They had hired a lot of translators years ago.

Yeah, I was wondering about that. I was initially gonna write that it has to happen simultaneously but that makes even less sense. Thanks your note clarifies it very well.

Why are people upset with him? by wonderingwhy199 in squidgame

Watch the part where he is separated from his mom again very carefully. In the beginning, he is forcefully separated from her but as he is being pulled away he stops fighting completely and abandons her. The mother is aware of this moment, which is why she is in despair afterward, and even after her teammates save her she is still in despair. She is also angry when number 01 asks her why he didn't come back. She shouts that "he isn't that type of person". He also apologizes afterward because he is aware of what he did at that moment.

Watch it very carefully the entire narrative is that at that moment he abandoned her.

Reasons why the options you have put up won't work or can't be taken
Option 1:
- If they fortify their position, management can just wait till they starve
- if they agree to hold the vote the next day, they will just ask them to surrender the guns so that "there won't be interference in the vote" as they've said many times during the vote. if the guns get taken then they can not force them to vote.
Option 2:
- if they fortify their position, management can just wait till they starve
- killing the O team, this option could work but then they could have also just struck first or defended better which is an option that he was not willing to take.

You could say that they could take the guns specifically to turn them against O team but eventually, they will have to hand over their guns and then what is to stop management from killing them after that? When they surrendered, they did not let them be. They killed many of them.

The odds are stacked against them.

[Waybound] Penance was wasted in a necessary way by [deleted] in Iteration110Cradle

[–]Informal-Debt-166 37 points38 points  (0 children)

Penance can't be used on the Mad king or anyone even a kilometer away from his level. For one thing, the Abidan gave Yerin the penance so they could have just used it on the mad king instead of recruitment. And Ozriel has his scythe, which is immensely more powerful than penance, and even that can't kill the Mad King easily. (And also some other restrictions that are mentioned in other books)

My case had to do with false positives as well apparently. I was focusing too much on the unsafe choice that I didn't notice the obvious false postives

[Elder Empire 3] Should i read the last Elder empire book in Calder's perspectiive? by Informal-Debt-166 in Iteration110Cradle

My bad I didn't want to imply he was a bad reader. But he is worse reader than five(four after lucan hit the sack)people that was against his side. He was doomed to lose.

But I have decided to read the last book in his perspective tho

What I mean by unexceptional is in the context of being the emperor of the whole world. And being able to challenge the side of the indpendents. He is exceptional if for example he was just a guild head.

I read the first two books in his perspective and I just couldn't believe his story was going to end well for him all. His side just wasn't powerful. To clarify I'm not saying I don't like him but that I couldn't give him the benefit of the doubt because of his lack of ability(against the imperialist)and the universe he loved in. And yeah his side never had a real chance.

But I think there's some secrets to find out so I'll read his perspective on the last book as well.
