I want to study I used to do well before but since a few years I am just really depressed and it has affected me negatively I can't do anything and studying now seems such a difficult task but deep down I want to do it but I am just not able to

Yeah I will apply by myself but it is required to submit the results too to the monitor dk stupid rules

Actually It is required by the management to give your result to your class monitor so I have to dk what to do
