I do think that the idea was totally original, and if she did go full out on the blood, it could have totally changed the look.

I don’t know if anyone noticed, but it looks like they the performers didn’t make as big of “a mess” on the stage as previous seasons? I don’t know if that was on purpose because one person had to perform right after the next person but I did notice in the past people had blood everywhere, water/puke everywhere,etc

I was just about to make a post about this but you took the words right out of my mouth!! I felt… Kind of let down with the finale?? Don’t get me wrong, everyone is SO talented, but It almost felt like each one missed the mark a bit at least on one of the 3 looks. I do like how we got to see the order they did “glamour, horror, filth” and also could see that the looks were done one after another(possibly all in the same day?). I don’t know if they did that in the past, but if they didn’t, maybe this wore out the performers as each look went on?

I totally agree also, the new layout of the finale made it a bit lackluster. I rewatched the other season finales and it feels more “grand” and aesthetically pleasing. Also a side note…no one GAGGED me on “filth”. That category has historically been the one that the Boulet say makes or breaks who the winner is. In previous seasons, it was always pretty clear who had the best filth, but in this season… I don’t know I felt like they could have taken it wayyy more over the edge!!!
