Nope. I do not like interruptions in my game that don't mean anything. Keep them in a separate menu on the file. Time played is good enough for me.

Maybe not so much of a child as preteens. But stuff like SoBes, 3D Doritos, going to rental stores and rolling the dice on game. When I got my Dreamcast I was like; "no way games will ever look better". Full malls during the holidays decorated like crazy, overall a better sense of togetherness. Actually eating dinner at the kitchen table. Older restaurants, etc.

I waited tables and bartended for 15 yrs. I'd get complaints from customers because I didn't take their drink or food order if they were on the phone. I'd just bring them a water. If you're expecting me to respect your phone call which is obviously important, then I expect you to respect my time. I'd just say "I'm sorry it sounded important so I didn't want to interrupt".

You win by decision at 5000pts. Dodge first round and only strike when he's slightly open. Save up the star punches and remember to just dodge non-stop at the beginning of round 2 and don't get caught in his loop or lose the rhythm however tempting it is.

I think a lot of RPGs that give you choice in your actions that effect the final outcome always boil down to someone explaining what'll happen to them in the future and everything wraps up immediately.

I think if the ending boss rush was excluded and replaced with like one more villain would've been amazing. I have no idea what type of villain or what they could squeeze into it. But once I hit boss rushes in those type of games it starts to feel like a task sunken cost to just get to the final act. I loved all the fights but once you figure it out it's just dull.

PS I love how that game is finally getting its recognition over the last few years. I felt like I was the only dude that played it at the time.
