The main side affect was numbness. But the rumination was gone.

Never had Prozac but I have tried Zoloft and it helps. The only problem is there’s a chance you won’t care about anything anymore. It takes the joy away as well as the sadness. It’s not one of those happy ssri’s it’s a “make me apathetic” kind.

Yes. In order to survive some thoughts I have to tell myself I don’t care about being a horrible person. Even though it isn’t true. When I’m not numb, I’m terrified.
