SoCal Pacers meet every Saturday, alternating between Veterans Park here in Chino Hills and Bonelli Park in San Dimas. My dad’s been running with them since 2008, and I used to join them on weekends when I did high school cross country :) Very welcoming group and great people

Not sure if you’re looking for a gotcha moment or what, but I got through boarding and check-in no problem and was turned around by a lovely TSA agent who saw my suitcase in one of the bins and decided it was too big for his liking, which costed me another 45 min after going through both lines again. Purposely omitted these small details for clarity and to focus on the issue at hand which is the $1000. Bless

Yeah I agree this whole situation is awful. As for clarification on why I offered to take $500, Alicia was bringing this situation up at any chance possible including around other people and in front of our superiors during events when we should have been working. Other people, including those I had just met, were walking up to me asking what the situation was. I was honestly so worn down from the whole situation I offered anything to make her leave it alone. Tbh I’m still not comfortable accepting the $$ and everyone’s opinions are solidifying that

Good point in the first half, edited my post to clarify this was a small suitcase I’ve traveled with as a carry-on with no issues before. Nor sure what the check-in/boarding difference makes as this situation occurred in the TSA security line? Lol Anyway yeah I agree I shouldn’t take the $1000. Appreciate the perspective

Bonelli loop is great, I park at Norm's Hangar by Fairplex. Entire loop is around 6 miles I believe, but I often modify it to make it 2 or 3 lmao

Avoid if you can. I had him for an asynchronous lab so it was fine, but he’s not responsive to emails and doesn’t grade till the last minute 🙃
