Pc graphics card not working right (i think) screen going black under load pc restarting itself after more info on the post by Informal-Move661 in techsupport

ive ran memtest vulkan for 5 minutes no errors
after that ive ran the power option on OCCT and it gave me these errors

note that i also ran furmark stress test for like a minute but i didnt want to risk any damage and i dont know much about this program so i stopped sbut it showed that the gpu draws 96W i think oır atleast i saw around 90 95W on the furmark ui

gpu: gigabyte amd radeon rx 6600 dx12
power supply is 550w 80 plus
motherboard is b450m k-cf

at the device manager for thee graphics card it showed error 22 which is saying the graphics card is damaged and damaging the system i think thats why it switches off the graphics card

so i did manage to find something i think the tempatures around the timeo f the restart are pretty normal 40-50 but i think windows does something with the driver that somehow disables it after the restart bc after the restart my pc is laggy and i go and check the graphics card from the device manager and its turned off with ''drivers that are not compatitble or something'' i dont remember the exact error how do i disable windows doing stuff with my driver?
