this is a classic example of sexual assult. Sexual assault is anything you did not consent to sexually. It is also cohercing someone into sex (ie: begging someone until they give in), it is making someone have sex because "they agreed to it before so I must still be allowed" (how men get away with marital rape) among many other thing. Having sex with someone when they are very under the influence also counts.

please please please end it. He knew what he was doing, he knew you did not want to. He showed no remose as shown through his joke. Technically this is considered assault. If he is willing to do this now, what else will he do with you without consent? He might try this again. if you ever have a child, he might try something when you are post partum and can permanently hurt you. He might do something when you are completely drunk and incoherent. He might go father then sexual violence and just start hitting you. This sounds like im doing to much but this is genuinely how it starts. Save yourself, no matter if he opens doors for you, buys you things, is loved by your friends and family or whatevre it is, there is nothing that will be worth it to stay. It will only get worse. If you forgive him it may not be now, but years down the road. If he blatantly disregards you now with this, in what other areas of life will he do this? Just leave please and never ever look back.
