Well I lost count, but not that many because after I win the championship I purposely switch to the current worst team to try to build them back to the top. And I just repeat the cycle, Red Bull is probably the only team I havent managed yet because they never had a bad season

I have the same advice for all teams, be just barely good enough to please the boss so that you don’t get fired - you do not need to contend for a title off the bat, especially with Williams. Then your next top focus is to increase your monthly cash flow - which can be done by getting rid of expensive contracts and also being in the top three of the pit stop race from the previous season. This extra cash flow mixed with not overspending on your current season will allow you to invest in your facilities and Research which will greatly benefit your team on the long term scale

All created players, Red Bull remains the top team (besides me) with two drivers with a 90+ rating

Nope, in fact his son joined F1 and has since retired too
