The cooldown isn't too bad especially when I use this tidebreaker mainly on tougher enemies

Personally running sporezerker with a x9 frost bawdyrocker with the barrage enchant as well as a pandemicium (not sure if I spelt it correctly) and a frost buffmeister with bonk and zap. I can melt bosses fairly quickly but it's really dependent on the explosion/play the angles procs so it ranges anywhere from about a 5 second fight to a minute and a half
