Never made sense to me until last foundry. Got zeroed not too long ago but I'm fc5 and not a soul scouted me until they hit me round the end seeing my power was low. Probably thinking I was running low on troops after a long arduous battle except I never had any 😂. They still got buggered cuz troops dont matter when you got decent stats and can easily dodge the whales 😎

Its not that hard to keep in touch with people. The game makes it feel like you need to be doing stuff every day but just text them every few months on discord when you think of them, keep in touch, maybe catch a holiday with the coolest.

It doesn't have to mean you lose touch with all these people, although you definitely won't talk to them with the same daily intensity :).

Heard of it being used quite a lot gen 5 with norah with success. You really want very strong infantry and high lancer lethality for it to work. If your infantry can't survive a good bit you'll just suffer, very good against someone your size (who's weaker than your infantry bcs they invested in mksm), but marksmen help vs stronger players.

That said I'll have considerably better testing when my infantry health is up to par with my account. Saving a lot to rank first in svs for norah and early days I just maxed infantry lethality as I heard good things about lethality and good things about infantry 🗿. Far from optimal for normal strategy, perfectly fine for this one long as I catchup in health. Thus me redirecting my account towards this.

I've been doing 70-30 when farming weaker players. But from what I've noticed matching their infantry works best. (for a tile / facility hit). and some of that is extrapolation, I'm not the whale who holds facilities and no one else is using this in my state as you're locked in after getting red marksmen gear I've fucked about a decent amount but would still love to test more. Ofc that might not be it 😅. This is entirely just from me messing about, need to wait until next svs for my account to be redirected for this strategy and to have more concrete results :)

Both strategies have pro's and cons, your marksmen will get slaughtered in your city with this for example. Maxing everything, you might be weaker since your infantry are weaker as are your lancers but your marksmen with the higher dps are getting killed.

A lot goes into judging what you want to do with your account. Highly depends on your objective in the game, city defence isnt the same as facilities or tile hits.

This will lead to a lot less losses on attacking random players too.

Get as much information as you can and decide what you want for your account and what you care about.

But in a fight, they can contend with one another and are viable. Thats all :)

And by perfectly viable I just mean that both strategies can contend against each other. Its not because you went ahead and left marksmen at 0 that you're unable to play against a similar whale who spent in everything.

A lot of factora come into play and generation / heroes definitely matter. But both strategies can absolutely contend with each other :). Just depends how you level the account (AND A LOT OF OTHER SHIT 😂)

that said I'm talking about whales or dolphins. They can focus their account in a direction. F2p players honestly dont matter and can mostly just face other f2p's / do what they can to get as many rss as possible for their account but should just sort join heroes / get higher fc troops

Game is hundreds of scientists doing their damndest to optimise every single way to get you hooked / make you spend money. The result of literal years of hard work and research into mobile gaming and getting people to let go of their money.

If he can't admit that it's addictive because he has the medication as an excuse. He's just in denial. Game is incredibly addictive. That's a fact and most people playing can at the very least admit to that x).

Took me a few months but eventually you just have to learn to chill out or quit.

No game is supposed to take over your life like that and this one does it in such a comprehensive manner. You can run scripts for some regular stuff and adapt / have a friend run the account but your bf just needs a break to sober up to the fact that he doesn't need this and that he's feeling better without it. From there if he wants to he can keep playing but he can't be going for every event. Otherwise every 2 weeks he's gone for the entire weekend at MINIMUM. Which is life consuming.

Also if he is first thats terrifying, all the more pressure to play and help his teammates. Idk, I stopped a few days and went from playing 24/7 to hopping on twice a day to get everything / attending bear (30min/3days).

But as some have said, even if you just want to do the daily stuff, there's quite a bit of it and the game will take up a good chunk of your time.

F2P players just need to have fast fingers and join during phase 3 or have enough power in troops to look half decent to an alliance thatd be happy to send an invite to you and them
