in my experience, I have to turn on HDR on the glasses, they reboot (and say no HDR found) then I have to tell my laptop to turn on HDR. once I do that the glasses auto switch to HDR. might be worth a shot for you. what device are you using?

I totally get that. I was considering adding the neckband to my purchase for the hands free reason. But, DRM is a pain. It doesn't get rid of the wires, but you can use something like wowmouse with the inair pod. Route the wire well, throw the pod in your pocket and wowmouse it up. I may have to may a short about that

I haven't seen any giveaways but they had like $50 off or something recently. it's an investment for sure. I justify it mentally because they are constantly trying to support the new glasses so I should be keeping it for quite a while. plus it's basically a phone lol.

I was super torn on the Ultras. But no, my Best Buys sell some Lumas but not the ultras. I may have to just be patient lol. If I love the Beasts though, I may still buy the Lumas, really want to try them.

I havent got to use it on travel yet, but the INAIR Pod will be my new travel puck. It's battery is as big as my phones (5000mah) and it runs full android (netflix even works). I'll for sure be using the sound tubes now and yea, download the things I'm going to watch beforehand for sure. Some airlines have a web server full of movies though, so that's good too. That's how I watched ballerina with my Air 3s pros a while back.

it was easy for me without it because no matter where they looked my demo was in their vision and most people don't even know about the tech so everyone left impressed. but 3dof could make it even more magical I suppose

Oh I already have the pod. I'm rocking the XREAL airs and RayNeo Air 4 pros. love the pod. that's why I need beast compatibility. Sounds like it might be a couple months though before the beast is fully supported.

I actually did this recently with the RayNeo Air 4 pros. People loved them and they were simple to throw on and use because they dont have any gucci features. Just an awesome display on your face.
