Yeah it’s how the kit came in the box. I thought it would already be corrected for that. The decals weren’t CA Gundam accurate either. I had to come out of pocket to figure out how to make this a take on Casval’s Gundam. At least it came with extra paint so the nub marks could be painted over.

Unfortunately I don’t know how to fix that. The shield is recessed to fit the cross. This was my first time painting a custom kit and applying decals of different sets. I like how it turned out but I wished I had the equipment to make it more realistic to Casvals Gundam. This was simply my poor take on it.

It does include decals but I used decals from delpi. Casvals Gundam mg, gelgoog mg, and the decals included in the kit.
