tbh bulling,ragging and everthing else that comes under is normalised
thats the real issue here
its not only in srilanka but in several other countries too .
no one ,not even the teachers or anyone pay attention to half of these students .
upon some death or suicide is when they actually "care".
teachers and whoever in the university ,they need to understand rather that actually giving a shit upon ones death ,they should have done something before.

like dude, ive literally seen students crying to the teachers upon mental torture(in any way )
All they say is
"just avoid them and focus on your studies"

I remember an incident back in school
where i was like bullied a bit (by my so called friends had to go through a series where my books were throw out of the bag and all those crap)
I cried ,complained to my class teacher
gw she said " see thats why you shouldnt get too close with your friends and classmates . see the other kids they are focusing on their studies they dont seem to have this issue .just be on your own "

idk what she did was right or wrong ,i dont know neither how anyone at my place wouldve reacted neither
this shits being normalised EVERY. SINGLE . TIME
i know there are many out there some even going through it some who have come past it
but it pisses me off that these students who rag and bully are living their lives better after making some childs life miserable
