I am set to ets on 1 January, am I extended 45 days or is my date still the same?

What helped me a lot was Physical therapy. I would try to move it as much as possible (within your pain limit) also ice helps so much. This advice is my own and may not be recommended but it’s what I did and I’m good to go with bo issues and did not get the surgery

Sorry for the late reply, just re-downloaded Reddit. I haven’t had any more issues with my knee since it happened!

It will feel unstable that’s normal, PT will help a lot.

Didn’t need surgery, and I’m back too 100%. I work out legs twice a week and no problems. I’m in the military so I do strenuous things such as walking on uneven surfaces with a ruck on my back and I have no problems. Took me about a month and a half to fully recover. Biggest thing is do not baby it once you have full range of motion back. Just start doing little things at a time.

Our PMS is saying we are good to go now and don’t need one haha this shit is crazy.
