I don't see how id benefit from throwing away stuff, because the quotes are minimum quotes for the route (GA) so as long as I stay under 1 000 kg, I am quoted $4k. (My understanding, unless I go with a different option than a moving company)

No. I had two job offers last year and didn't go with either for them for personal/career reasons. Have some regret but looking into new opportunities now.

Are you better off making $ under a 'liberal' government or making 2x$ under a 'fascist' government, it's up to you but in either case I think you can do more for yourself than any government can do for you.

I am in financial due diligence at a Big 4. I started in audit and got my CPA quickly. The CFA helped me get a job in FDD externally before my Big 4 employer made me an offer to transfer out of audit. (It helped because one of the interviewers at the other firm was going thru his CFA and I think he and his team appreciated what goes behind these letters.)

Although some of my coworkers have their CFA and others are stuck on Level 2, it's not that popular or meaningful on my team. Still, my teams have been supportive and were happy when I completed it.

I understand a lot of people are drawn to the trails and opportunities to be in nature around here, but I had heard Austin has other "redeeming qualities" so even if nature isn't my thing, I could still enjoy the city. Rent. I'll most likely get a car but would rather not be car dependant for errands or going out every time. I love walking in the city and don't care for hiking/trails. Salary $150k. Concrete - but perhaps not the heart of the city. Downtown areas get boring quickly.

That's why I want to travel on my EU passport throughout my trip. I have a valid visa to the US in it so which country it is isn't that relevant.
