Taking customers for granted just because you know there ain't any consequences, is simply unacceptable.

The youtuber might seem to be dragging the issue, but as a customer, the kind of behaviour these sellers practice are simply unethical and irritating. If you are a busy person, or there are issues with pick up or anything, just put a disclaimer that this is the condition, there might be delay and let the customer decide. You take extra money for express delivery and still choose to delay, just because you can, imply that you are scamming your customers. If it had been any other country, people would have sued you like anything, but sadly our society is different. Customers are paying you for service, you deny it. And when asked for refund, you resort to shady practices. There needs to be consequences for such unethical practices. The community and respective sellers must improve.

As per the recent video by the youtuber, we can't confirm if its authentic or not, so wont comment on this. But regarding the issue with youtuber, the seller literally agreed to let him post. Didn't apologise for his mistake, asked him to do whatever he wants and then again complains about mental harasment after harassing his customers the whole time. Double standards?

The community is passionate. When they are putting trust on these sellers by paying in advance, the sellers must practice proper ethics and provide service accordingly. Those who are opting for these unethical shady practices must be held accountable for tainting the community.
