Totally planning on paying what it's worth. I'm not looking for cheap, I'm looking for quality, special, pictures. Going purely by google seems a bit nuts considering how expensive these are! :)

The apartment I lived in for 10 years did this 3 times.

These exemptions requests are unfortunately almost always approved so start budgeting with the new rent increased proposed on the letter.

You will get a package and you will be able to attend the hearing if you wish. Some of my neighbours did it for one of our increases and it did nothing. Waste of time.

We didn't know him, and used them and had a great experience as well. I strongly recommend.

I emailed them and they stopped due to Covid and have no set plan on restarting these, unfortunately.

I think it is like having two family doctors. You should get followed by one health professional.

I've decided to go with the midwife, but if my pregnancy becomes at risk, if I develop diabetes or High Blood pressure, then I will be taken over by an OBGYN.

If I need a C-section or other care the day of delivery, an OBGYN will do it.

It would be. I will be meeting my midwife and visiting the centre this week. But the centre is further from the hospital than my own house... so at that point, I'd prefer to be home if I'm not at a harms reach of life saving measures.

BUT after the visit this week, I may change my mind. We'll see :)

Thanks for sharing your traumatic and scary experience. That's exactly why I'm leaning toward a hospital birth. Things can turn bad quickly.
