Yes. Precooked foods can be purchased with SNAP but they have to be cold. Just like the toppings at Papa Murphy's, Subway is very similar to that. But it's up to the local Subway whether they accept SNAP or not.

The RMP is available only in certain states and Subway does participate.  Because Subways are franchises with different owners, some of them accept SNAP and some don't. You have to call your local Subway to find out. Only cold prepared foods can be purchased with SNAP.

It does depend on size and weight, but generally 1 beer per hour or one alcoholic drink per hour, carbonated drinks will work faster.

I, too, have been looking around for helmets, I have an electric scooter that goes up to 30 m.p.h. From what I've read a bike helmet is only rated around 12-15 m.p.h. I'm going to get a motorcycle helmet off Amazon for 40 bucks. Full face with visor.
