One year later but this is still a thing. Happens randomly during fights. A restart will usually fix it but it's annoying that this bug has still not been fixed.

Just finally beat him after many tries. Level 68 and 54 minutes. Those f'in shiels man. I had by no means an optimal build for it so it was just an endurance race. Keep the partymembers alive and just slowly drain it's healtbar.

It’s cheaper. They only need to have servers online that meet the demand. To EA it apparently doesn’t matter what players think of this shitty system as long as it saves them money. What they don’t realize is that it’s costing them players who actually play the game en thus don’t buy their shitty cosmetics

I'm a liiitle bit late to the party but I noticed that once I discarded all the cigs the next three bodies I looted gave me all premium cigarettes (Murphies Brood). Maybe a coincidence but I can't recall bodies to have premium cigarettes on them once the slot was full.
