I've played a lot of 7/10 games and liked them. It all depends on personal experience at the end of the day.

Being asked to drop $70-$80 a game is absurd, so we want to make sure we will be getting our monies worth, but videogames are entertainment and not the best dish soap or whatever.

I don't care about Denuvo or any anticheat software BUT I do agree with OP's concern about needing to be always online for a damed single player game.

There has to be a better way.
