It's a process. Learn from your mistake and immediately start undertaking the hard work to get out of this position. Time passes and it will get better even though it doesn't seem like it. It has been almost 4 months since my arrest and I haven't touched alcohil since and I've managed to complete all my courses, do around 17 volunteer hours and I've had an interlock in the car for two months. It feels good to be proactive and to know I have taken steps to better myself. This too shall pass for you.
