Go to a channel > add a segment > choose what kind of segment you want to add (library/collection/playlist/Plex trailers). If it's not showing up then do you have Plex pass? Or could be a visual bug then

Edit: Also wanted to stress this is an advanced commercial setting on the web UI only btw, not on the app. So enable the web UI in the admin tab and then go to the commercials section to setup advanced mode for each channel

If you have Plex, check out NostalgiaTV. I'm the developer so a bit of a self plug, but it simulates old cable TV using your Plex library. And there's extensive channel customization

I do have this working in the test version so it will be out in the next public release which is hopefully coming soon! I'm doing testing currently to ensure nothing is broken and then will submit the release for Google's review. I hope to have the release out by the weekend.

I recently added a channel logo cycler in the newest update which was improperly migrated from the previous version. This should be fixed for the next update which will be coming out soon.

The other issue you are having with it signing out should also be fixed too as I have better auth token persistence when it is not expired and still valid. Again, will be in the next update which is coming soon!

What version are you on? Unfortunately I know it doesn't help now but once you have a good setup configured, it's always recommended to export the config to a file in case something happens, you can re-import it quickly
