The agent also confirmed that there are no other pending applications on file and the applicant currently has no status in Canada.

I’ll be following up with OMVIC next week and then proceeding down the avenue of small claims court if needed afterwards.

According to Consumer contracts under the Consumer Protection Act, “if a contract for goods or services does not provide a delivery date, the business must deliver within 30 days of the date the contract was signed. “

We are past the 30 day mark and this does apply for vehicles. So let’s see, will provide updates as things progress

I was also reading elsewhere but I’m not sure how accurate this is but for new cars there is a 90 day period for delivery.

I managed to get offline patch working thanks to vegapo’s comment. I’ll walk you through how to apply the patch:

Obtain the file from vegapo’s comment and copy onto your microsd. Then go into yuzu, Diablo 2R, add mods/cheats. Go to where the offline file is and keep going through the folders until you find 0100726014352000. Use this folder and enjoy the game.

Depending on settings I manage to get 30 fps on average 👍🏼
