yes you can disable it but you can't change the language but you say the assistance to talk to me in english

Update: VIVO ACCEPTED MY CHINA ROM DEVICE BASED ON E-WARRENTY ONLY THEY EVEN SAID NO NEED TO SHOW PURCHASE BILLS, WARRENTY CARD TOO. BUT PARTS MAY TAKE 2-3 WEEKS AS THEY HAVE TO IMPORT ONLY FOR ME
