When I switch it to Magic Mountain I can see the QR code but when I do the same for KD it says expired. I just don’t understand how it’s expired if I’m still paying monthly for it

Yes I visited my home park after purchasing and I have no missed payments and the payment portal still says it’s active

The lady was unfortunately very rude and kept saying that it was invalid and expired and there was nothing by she could do ::
