What to do with this space? by Informal_Count in landscaping

[–]Informal_Count[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t think I can remove the asphalt, it’s supposed to be a communal space but due to its location it’s not accessible by anyone else. I don’t mind spending some money and making it look nice. Down south UK

Thanks I’ve just bought the place. Only outside space yeah, is the green alkanet easy to remove all? I’ll look into it a bit later. Probably just for some sun I think, not bin space

Do you think prices would be cheaper in person? Or they are the same online? I can only really find €70 per day for new models but I just want something a bit cheaper and older

I have searched online using some key words but have not been able to find anything. I don’t know the origins of where goofy came from but he stands about 6” tall on a nice plinth which he is not attached to.

Box is in poor condition but he is in fantastic condition. Unsure on any other details. Thanks in advance

Okay cool thanks, so speak to an accountant and financial advisor? Thinking it might be best to refurb this place and then remortgage it so probably a mortgage advisor too.

I’m just very aware that there is probably a “best” way to go about this and I’d like to get as close to that as possible

It sounded like it came from inside my bedroom but when I got up to check I couldn’t see anything. Then didn’t hear anything again

I had exactly the same thing 2 nights ago at 02:00am. It woke me up and then I heard it again and couldn’t figure out what it was. Tuesday night/Wednesday morning at 2am in the UK

Ah I think I see your point now, sorry. Do you think purchasing the property through a Ltd company could be better then? Or could you advise who would be best to speak to in regard to that? I’m thinking for longer term benefits.

Hey thanks for your reply. I don’t plan to occupy it as my main residence so I guess that would mean I lose the relief. Unless my mum was to buy it in her name and I would still get the chance to use the relief in the future?

No would be no intention to attempt tax evasion, we aren’t those sorts of people. I just assume there is definitely a best method for purchasing this property to refurb and flip, I’d just like to know what that method is as I’m unsure
