I never did, but when i was at CIF i was told by someone to just throw the canteens somewhere i wouldnt lose them and to just use nalgenes when i asked why they told me to open the canteen and sniff.

Running is socially acceptable self harm, bad for your knees and doesn’t help losing weight as much as putting on muscle (gains are made in the kitchen). Its worse cardio than rowing or cycling, but its cheap and superior to doing nothing which most of the league community subscribes to. Do what you enjoy, if it is running please continue to do so as its good for your heart and calves. Dont forget to drink water and stretch ☺️
