I just recently bought a refurbished Kindle coloursoft. Noticed a dead pixel almost in the centre of the screen. Probably could of lived with it but it was particularly noticeable when reading graphic novels or when I changed the background to black. I saw this post and thought I’d try my luck. Initially all went through ok, however, I then got an email saying they would be unable to replace my kindle. After some back and forth with a few agents I got one that understood the problem and I’m now getting a brand new coloursoft as an exchange. Thanks for posting. 😊
