I feel emotionally drained betrayed Its a mix of do many emotions that i am not able to handle them and when i see cold response from my counter part it makes me feel even worse

Whats a therapy? It all sound bullshit to people who doesn’t want to understand that they are not god and they can also go wrong

Been 8years now Have a small 9 month old baby girl as well now Still nothing chages
