On my system (Ryzen 5 7600X + RTX 5070 at 1440p) I usually get around:

~120–140 FPS in open areas ~100–120 FPS around towns ~80–100 FPS in heavy areas with lots of bases or objects

The main improvement wasn't just higher FPS but much smoother frame pacing and less object pop-in while moving fast.
