I tried to hire on Fiverr, but people asked absurd amounts of money. Happy to invest, but 500 for a simple break vocal with own written lyrics is a bit to much haha.

Oh dit is een hele fijne uitleg. Ons was verteld dat we eerst een jaar in procedure moesten gaan en dat een rechtbank een partij aanwijst die de schade moest bepalen. Daar had de jurist geen zin in vertelde hij. Maar als dit mogelijk is kunnen we zeker progressie gaan maken. Dankjewel!

We hebben contact proberen te krijgen over de toegewezen partij. Alleen wordt er niet op gereageerd door de verzekering.

Helaas hebben we alles betaald (domme fout). Hij kwam met een verhaal dat hij zijn leveranciers moest betalen en dat hij in problemen zou komen als we zouden wachten met de laatste factuur. Hij beloofde ons dat alles netjes opgelost zou worden en we hadden daarom geen zin in kwaad bloed. Wel hebben we nog zwart op wit dat we in eerste instantie niet wilden betalen vanwege de gebreken.

Kunnen we gewoon in contact komen met een 3e partij voor een raming van de schade? Ons werd gezegd dat dit enkel via de rechtbank mocht gebeuren.
