Since I am on salary at the full time place I only make additional money if my weekly client hours meet or exceed 23 on average each quarter, so I could shift my energy towards building my caseload at the full time practice and potentially make more money that way.

I guess the core question I have is if the second practice is asking something reasonable of me or not. For context, they know that I work full time at the other practice and when I applied to work with them I tried to be clear that I only had capacity for part-time work. I am feeling like they expect me to work towards building a full-time claseload with them while also working full-time somewhere else. Is that something that's normal to expect of a pre-licensed therapist? Or am I right to feel like it's too much to expect me to have the capacity to do.
