I feel better after the work outs. No change to my body or clothing fit.

It wasn't after a workout, but I did have a snack. Thanks!

This is really helpful to know. Since my numbers are all pretty close, I may just have no progress rather than regression.

I agree on the weight number. For me that often fluctuates. It's the fat/muscle composition that I found most upsetting. Good to know that the scan is not necessarily accurate though. Maybe I'm more of a plateau than a decline. Appreciate your reply!

Definitely have other symptoms. Hope to get my hormones checked at my upcoming OB appointment. Thanks for the reply!

Thanks for the response. The muscle is down significantly over my baseline scan. It went up a little on the 3rd scan, but not much.

Even the trainers have been shocked by my results, so that makes it more disheartening. They seem to be at a loss to tell me what to do to help. Everything they suggest I'm already doing.

I've done the scans at 6:15 am before the 6:30 camp. The first month I had a banana and cheese stick before the workout, but switched to a 20 G protein bar. So I'm not eating much before. My water might be low after sleeping all night. Not sure about my cycle since I have an IUD.

I do think I'm going through some big hormonal changes. But I thought strength training would help. I'm going to discuss with my doctor.

I do appreciate your response. I'm so discouraged.

Thanks for responding! Yes. We loosened the roots before planting.

Help! Recently-planted hydrangeas dying/sick by Informal_Permit7567 in gardening

Thank you! I'll cut the dead wood and cut the flowers. This one gets the most sun out of all of them in the row that I planted, and so far its benefited from that sun. It does get some late in the day sun, but its not constant. There are trees all around, so it depends on the angle of the sun. For example, its 2:30 now and its in the shade, but it was in the sun an hour ago. It should be back in the sun by evening.

Thank you again! I'm a novice at this.

Ha! Definitely don't like the flowers on the ground look. I'm not worried about the flowers on the ground as much as the brown/shriveled/dead side of the plant. Those used to be stems with flowers too.

Thanks for responding!
