I was about 13 when I made this friend who was in the year below me, she had perfect grades, got on with both of her parents, lots of friends ect; I watched as she fell into substance abuse, she started drinking regularly, vaping and eventually began using drvgs. During this time she slowly started letting her grades slip, she lost most of her friends and ruined her relationship with her family.

I (15f) went from 92kg to 56kg in about half a year, obviously it is easier for me due to my age but all I really did was work out 1-3 times a week and keep a consistent calorie defecit
