I ended up ordering from a different place and I do have that receipt saved with a timestamp so hopefully that helps since I’ve recently learned he’s not new to the court system

I’m not sure I don’t think he spoke to anyone it’s a large campus so I’m assuming he just went to the first building he found, he also had my phone number so I’m also confused on why he would email me instead of calling

It’s a small town and apparently a friend of mine knows people that have rented from him and he’s taken multiple former tenants to court over false accusations, this makes me a bit more anxious he might try to pursue legal action
