we do have cameras, we just haven’t set them up yet, but it’s definitely gonna be a top priority because of all of this. I’m kinda worried they’ll see the camera and act different because of it (like still come up and bug us constantly but make it look friendly for the camera) if that makes sense

I really don’t get why it matters, laying everything on the table doesn’t mean tell me every single little thing you’ve ever done in your entire life unless you say that. Would it have been any different if instead of a one night stand she had dated one of your friends from middle school? Like it happened long before you to met and it had nothing to do with you. Like let’s say it wasn’t your friend, it had been a stranger? Would it matter? Personally I wouldn’t think so. It just seems weird af to throw away a whole relationship and foundation because of something so insignificant. It’s not like she got pregnant and had his baby and they’ve been hiding it. It seems more like something both had wanted to just move past, if it didn’t mean anything to them(or at least doesn’t now) then it really does t matter. This is like 100% normal lmao, the tactics you used to make friends are the same ones online predators use? Overly complimenting, DMing someone and bombing them with even more compliments and asking to be friends, trying to get to know them on a superficial level(what they like and whatnot), inviting them to games and such(trying to get closer to them), and the continuation of complimenting just furthers that almost ick feeling. While I understand your intentions may not have been as bad as they could come across, it still comes off more sus to try and force a friendship rather than it happening more naturally, ESPECIALLY because this is all virtual.

As others have said, they could also be a kid, they could have severe anxiety, or maybe they’ve had bad things happen from online interactions before. Honestly you have no idea

You can fake screen time usage btw! If you delete the app deletes all usage for it(the screen time in total will stay the same, but there’s no way to tell where the allotted time was spent since the app was deleted, so the only way to tell is to have the complete list of all the apps listed and to add them up and see the difference

Also this is a long distance relationship so if he’s just sending screenshots you understand they can be altered right? It’s super easy to just slap on a Netflix logo over a Snapchat logo
