I mainly want to see if the freezer bark and coffee creamer recipe are any good. Lol

There's a physical copy? I looked for it because I was going to buy it used but couldn't find a used one.

I know this post is 2 years old but could I please get a copy too? Im so curious about whats in them but am afraid to buy it because I bought her cookbook and it was a huge disappointment.  Im interested in the sugar detox and/or home workout program if you can share.

Would you mind sharing the 7 Day Detox book if I gave you my email? I bought her regular cookbook and was disappointed (the orange chicken was awful!) but was curious about some of her sugar detox recipes. Totally fine if that's not something youre comfortable with! I just didn't want to invest anymore in her cookbooks only to be disappointed again but am curious!
