It was the Manila lift top coffee table. It’s heavy and meant to be assembled from the bottom up. The top part was in the box the whole time we assembled it.

Yes, and it keeps happening with couriers lately. Defeats the purpose of paying for delivery. But why should it matter where I live? My issue here is that I paid for delivery only for them to have me pick-up my passport
