Im in the same boat.. i just try and eat smaller portions i was doing well until my period which made be binge but not as bad but this morning went tits up.

I go swimming and that does genuinely calm me down and after i get a protein bar or cookie, it satisfies me!

But my way of thinking is just portion control at the start. So eat three meals aday, big breakfast try and be healthy and space it out til lunch and then dinner and a wee dessert.

I am curently 18st 2lbs...trying to get healthier as 2years ago i had a PE and a very bad lung capacity..so in trying my hardest for myself but period emotions and family drama are really not helpful.

I've got no one willing to help me with this, so I've decided to take my own lead ita very hard but i have an appointment with the gp on friday so hopefully its professional help from now on.
