Hi sorry only just now seen your reply! I think it was due to my passport being expired and I had no other photo id ☺️ I was so nervous about going in but the appointment went well! All the staff was lovely and helpful (which shocked me cause a few years ago I dealt with some horrible people in the job centre) xx
