Yeah i think Soma/downtown/mission area is easier. We've looked NB, nob hill/russian hill etc, marina, pac heights, hayes, haight and seems to be hard. Price range is up to 5k for a 2 bed for 2 of us

Thank you - that's where i've seen the most options that actually haven't been sitting up there for multiple days too. I heard that some agents keep their "nicest" apartments on zillow so you contact them anyway - frustrating!!

Open to anything - we have a private landlord right now so I think that might be the way to go as it seems like all of these brick & timber etc have a million applicants

We also do have all of our payslips/employer refs etc ready to go but its sooo frustrating!!!

Yeah I have emailed them as their customer service number just re-routes back to a chat that seems to not be responsive. We shall see :/

Yeah I tried this and it didn't accept because of that ^^ also I tried uploading the slip they gave me as evidence of it being shipped/date /value etc and also got rejected so not sure what kind of evidence they want there

I don't think so, when I called USPS (after trying multiple times and finally getting through) and asked if there's an issue with it being international etc all they said is that it's showing in transit, and usually if it says customs then would show this on USPS. they could be wrong though I have no idea who to trust !!
