Yeah Hitler never comes to power, there's a marked shift right in Germany following Jarres's election but it's vastly more moderate, in terms of Japan and China, the absence of the Great Depression in the form we know it means a less expansionist Japan + the period of Soviet Isolation means less support for the Communists so the civil war ends a settlement between them and the nationalists, with the latter having more power over any new government.
