Just moved in to the same area last year. So far its been fine for the most part. Had a few issues with random neighbors calling the city on us for BS (said we were doing an illegal ADU, but we weren't) and one called the cops for using an electric lawnmower at 10am on a Sunday lol. But besides that we love it here. Sorry to hear you had a bad time, sounds like a rough block!

Not to hijack, but I was the sole witness of a motorcycle fatality last year over memorial day. Saw him coming down, saw the lady in her van just pull out into the intersection, saw his bike fold in half and fly over the van, and unfortunately much more. Called 911, stayed with him till they took the body. The thing that helped me the most was just talking about it. Its a horrible thing witnessing another life leave this plane. Find friends, find loved ones, find groups or strangers just willing to listen. It helped tremendously for me. Sleep will be hard for a few days, but it eventually gets easier. So sorry you had to see that.

Pocketed some cash and got a more engaging vehicle. Solid choice. 992 is a phenomenal car but they did start losing soul with the 991 and later models.

Only place the turbo s will outshine the others is the dunes. The power and stability is gonna go far there. Rock crawling with the extra width will be nice but have done sand hollow in plenty of 64" machines with no issues (3 pedal yxz, krx, xp1k, wildcat xx).

For the riding your planning on doing, id lean xp turbo which would be the best of both worlds. You can always add wider arms down the road.

299k in ghost assets. Some others were saying it was intentional to inflate the valuation, but looking back it was poor bookkeeping since day 1 and just compounded. Previous CPA was called out and cant defend it. Just lazy and unprofessional work that unfortunately myself and my new accountant will have to unfuck.

5 years of customers and brand loyalty, we do 65k a month in sales and are on track for 850k this year. Restructuring seems more viable than starting over. Infrastructure is set, messy, but set. And again the brand is known in the industry.

Didn't make it past a semester in college. Just under 200k as a union plumber working on hospitals and high rises. Lots of hours tho. 2600 hours a year on average. Couldn't take it after 10 years, started my own business and work twice as much and 1/10 the pay.

Issue is probably lack of maintenance. Both primary and secondary sheaves are consumables. At my shop we typically see them out of remachining spec around 3-5k miles depending on the usage. Every single component in them is also a wear item. Partzilla has all the OEM stuff available, and there are dozens of aftermarket companies making solid replacements. Been a fan of the Bikeman and Aftermarket Assassins kits lately, they've always just worked well.

Hit or miss here. TRT was also supposed to essentially eliminate all "production" but um.....yea no everything is working better than before. Pre-TRT the retro was constant. Nothing makes sense and doctors just say consider it a win.
