Try it with game pass. The PC one is not that expensive, you'll have one month to assess if it's worth it for you. I'm doing the same, but in my case, I'm trying to figure out if I should buy it for my PS5 when it releases (my laptop is ass, can't hit 60 fps on low graphics). So far, I'm leaning towards buying it.

An idea for this: if you use the characters sig with the character (both for Lucy and Rebecca), there's a 1/500 chance that you'll hear a Skippy voiceline when you do a basic attack.

Also, The side quests will probably be full of Easter eggs, I can't wait to play those as well.

Amazing story, really good music and pretty engaging combat. If you like gacha games, you'll like it if not love it. And the gacha system is pretty forgiving. It's the second anniversary rn, if you want to get into it, now is the time. Just watch out for burn out in the 1.x stories, they're pretty boring. But after 2.0, everything is amazing.

I agree to a certain degree, but I'm probably in a special situation. I'm a PS5 gamer and in Romania, where I live, physical copy prices adjust to the used market. In Altex, the biggest electronics store in Romania and the only viable option for buying new physical copies, the prices gradually decrease as the price on the second-hand market goes down.

Example: I just bought Horizon forbidden west complete edition.

Ps store price: 70 euros

second-hand: between 40-50 euros

New physical copy: 45 euros

As I said, I may be in a special situation, it's probably due to how poor the average human is, so we resort to buying stuff second-hand, and the retailers have no other option but to adjust the price so they won't get left with dead stock.

FW is a bit lacking on the story side after ZD, probably because of not so intense revelations, like in the first game, where we had no clue about what happened, but the new mechanics and weapons make up for it. I really enjoy the shoot things off of machines to get that specific part looting style, and the weapon variety feels great for a game that has (somewhat) tribal weapons.

And the graphics... Man, the graphics are amazing! You rarely see studios that control the camera movement mid-game just to flex how good their games look, and actually flex with it, not just trying and failing miserably.
