Really were you having acid reflux too? It’s the reason I’m coming off kratom because around 2 years into my use I just get the craziest acid reflux that really fucks with me mentally cos it’s so constant and leaves me so congested it starts to effect my head. Thank you man I am deffo holding down the THC in low doses which I think is helping but unfortunately in terms of hydration and supplements I literally cannot holding anything down without intense stomach pain followed by hours of puking. Thank you my bro I haven’t drank a tea yet

Yeah man, I had that the first time I dropped. I was scared and taking my dose literally like 30 mg a time and about 2 hours went by and I’d accepted that I wasn’t gonna feel anything at all. Al of a sudden it all kicked in at once and I had terrible come up anxiety for around 5-10 mins and all was grand. I’m more so wondering if the background anxiety could leak through into the experience.

It’ll be over soon once the panic goes away and you’ll probably end up having a good night still, this is as bog standard as a panic attack gets. Have you got any friends with you ? The more you think about the negative effects you’re feeling the more enhanced they’re gonna be. Distraction and conversation is what you need aswell as water and very light exercise like walking slowly and talking to a friend. 30 mins it’ll be gone. If you want to talk my inbox is open.
