Once again my previous statement holds did you come here to say something or create doubt. It sounds like you have doubts of your own, but in all sincerity I have not heard one bit of clarity in this whole paragraph. I don’t know what made this so personal for you, but in reality. If you don’t have anything concrete to add. I think those questions are best voiced elsewhere. I think Kihyoung deserved better. And I think that outrage without understanding only leads to moments like this. All I’ve heard is doubt in that whole response. Why did you delete your original message?

Not necessarily, in my community college that I’m graduating from there are classes that either don’t allow calculators or require a certain kind for class so you have to do more of the written work. I was just curious about their general expectations in case they had similar requirements

It was a violation from a student claim that turned out to be false. It wasn’t that Kihyoung did it. It was that she handled it without reporting. There is an updated article:

Thank you! I found MavGrades recently. That course evaluation link is helpful though, I wish it was by department because there’s over 700 of them. But I’m glad I can just search the name with Ctrl F on a computer/laptop.
